Hours: This position typically offers daytime hours, Monday - Friday, with some flexibility available to support work-life balance.

Duties

• Set up and calibrate screen printing machinery to ensure optimal print quality and consistency
• Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications, including color matching and registration alignment
• Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
• Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, and adherence to design specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues and daily shop cleaning
• Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and execute prints accordingly
• Keep detailed production logs, track inventory of inks and supplies, and adhere to quality control standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating screen printing equipment or related manufacturing machinery is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for color accuracy, registration precision, and overall print quality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation are essential for collaborating effectively with colleagues
