Lunch & Learn: What is human trafficking?
Learn how to spot human trafficking and report it
Did you know every year, millions of men, women and children are trafficked in countries around the world. But this serious crime is not just a problem in other countries — it’s also happening here in urban, suburban and rural areas.
Join Anne Boatright — a certified forensic nurse examiner (FNE) who is currently the state forensic nursing coordinator and Sexual Assault Payment Program administrator at the Office of the Attorney General — as she discusses human trafficking.
During the event, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch while Anne Boatright answers your questions.
The Lunch & Learn takes place on Wednesday, Oct. 28, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the hospital’s Pawnee and Pioneer rooms. You can attend in person or join virtually using Zoom. Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP by Friday, Oct. 23. You can register online at columbushosp.org or call 402-562-3380.
