Located in downtown Columbus, Casey’s Mail Service LLC is more than just a place to get your mail handled—it’s a story of determination, second chances, and growth.

Formerly known as Mail Prep Etc., this business has been a staple in the downtown area for nearly 18 years. In April 2021, Casey Adkisson officially took over the business, bringing with her years of hands-on experience and a passion for helping others get their mail—and more—out on time.

A Story of Strength and Second Chances

Casey’s journey into business ownership is a powerful one. After going through a difficult period that led her to change careers, she leaned into her previous experience working at Mail Prep Etc. while completing clinical hours to become a radiologic technician. Eventually, the former owner recognized her dedication and offered her the opportunity to take over. “Without any hesitation, I said yes of course!!!”

More Than Mail: A Full-Service Solution

Casey’s Mail Service offers everything from traditional mail services and bulk mailing to folding, inserting, addressing, and even statement printing. If the post office can do it, chances are Casey can too—with better pricing. “The only thing I can’t do is sell a book of stamps,” she laughs, “but I can handle the rest.”

Beyond business, Casey has been an active supporter of local events such as the 4th of July celebration, Columbus Days, the Ag Banquet, and the annual celebration. She’s even participated in a parade, showing just how deeply her business is rooted in the community.
